From Central Station:
Subway (Metro) direction 'Stockel' or 'Herman-debroux' and get off at station 'Parc'
Then transfer (street level) to tram 93 (direction 'Marie-louise') or 94 (direction 'Wiener) and get off at 'Defacqz' (6 stops from Parc)
From Midi Station (South):
Take subway direction 'Simonis' and get off at station 'Louise'
Then transfer (street level) to tram 93 (direction 'Marie-louise') or 94 (direction 'Wiener')
OR...
Take tram 81 or 82 going to Ixelles and get off at the Eglise de la Trinité (Trinity Church) close to Rue du Bailly and walk straight up Rue De Baille and we are by hte corner on Louise(3 minute walk)
From the coast (Oostende) - Gent
When quitting the highway follow sign 'Bruxelles / Koekelberg'
Keep on driving on the main avenue (Charles-quint) that leads you facing the 'Basilique de Koekelberg'
Take the tunnel
Several exits farther follow (right curve) the direction to 'Bois de la Cambre' or'Cambre'
Take the next exit out to Avenue Louise (you should see the 'Generali Building' in front of you)
Drive along the right side
The 5th street on your right is Rue De Baillle
Take the following legal uturn(100 metres) to the opposite side of the road you are on.
Drive back down this road staying in the right lane for about 70 metres.
Look for building 216 you should see the sign but also look out for Sushi factory which is right by us.
From The Netherlands - Antwerpen
When quitting the highway follow sign 'Bruxelles / Liège-luik'
Drive on the Ring (Brussels surrounding highway) and take the exit (after 3 and before 2...) going to 'Bruxelles / Liège-luik' then 'Bruxelles'
Take lane heading 'Centre'
Enter the tunnel
You will be out to arrive at the 'Round point Schuman' where you will follow 'Centre'
At the end of this 6 lanes one-way street (Rue de la Loi), drive on left lane and take left to enter another tunnel
Several exits farther follow (right curve) the direction to 'Bois de la Cambre' or'Cambre'
Take the next exit out to Avenue Louise (you should see the 'Generali Building' in front of you)
Drive along the right side
The 5th street on your right is Rue De Baillle
Take the following legal uturn(100 metres) to the opposite side of the road you are on.
Drive back down this road staying in the right lane for about 70 metres.
Look for building 216 you should see the sugn but also look out for Sushi factory which is right by us.
From France - Mons - Charleroi
Leaving highway E19 to enter the Ring (Brussels surrounding highway) and take the exit 17 also labeled 'Anderlecht - Usines'
Pass under a bridge
[do not follow 'Centre'] Take the 1st to the right and once again to the right at the car wash
Pass under another bridge
At lights take left
Keep on straight through lights
Reach a round-about called 'La Barrière de Saint-gilles' where you take the 3rd street called 'Chaussée de Waterloo'
Take the 6th street on your left: 'Rue Morris'
Keep on straight to 'rue Defacqz'.
Reach 33 and you're here!
From Germany, Liège, Leuven
Take lane heading 'Centre'

ONE WAY (faster but a little tricky):
When quitting the highway E-411, keep on straight and follow sign 'Centre'
Drive along the Campus de la Plaine (University of brussels) on its left side
At the end, take the left lane of this Boulevard General Jacques and make a U-turn on the next traffic light to drive to opposite direction
Drive straight until the end of the Boulevard General Jacques where you will follow sign to 'Centre' (to the right)
Enter the Avenue Louise (drive either central or left lane) and enter tunnel
Exit tunnel when you see the 'Generali Building' in front of you, left hand side
The 5th street on your right is Rue De Baillle

ANOTHER WAY (longer but troublesome):
When quitting the highway E-411 take exit right to 'Auderghem' and 'Chaussée de Wavre'
At the next important crossroad take to the left. You will soon pass by a Maxi GB on your right
Drive straight thru many traffic lights (along Boulevard du Souverain then Avenue Franklin Roosevelt (you will see the University of Brussels on your right)
Keep on to enter the Avenue Louise (drive either central or left lane) and enter tunnel
Exit tunnel when you see the 'Generali Building' in front of you, left hand side
