Hotel De Tassche is located at 50 meters from the Market Square in Bruges and offers a friendly, personal service.
With all the sights of Brugge within easy walking distance, Hotel De Tassche is an ideal base to explore this city.
Our familyrun hotel, in a listed 13th century building, has been an inn since 1682. This tradition in hospitality is now maintained by the family Deroo-ackaert.
Our twenty rooms are equipped with all the necessairy modern facilities (toilet, bathroom, cable-television, radio and telephone) but still have an old style charm which will make you feel at home.
In the morning a FREE continental breakfast buffet is served. During the day and in the evening you can relax and have a quiet drink in our bar which is open untill 22.00 hours. In the summertime enjoy our sidewalk terrace.

 By car:
On the highway E-40 Brussel-oostende take the exit Oostkamp. From there, follow the signs Brugge.
You will then come to the Katelijnepoort. There you enter the city in the Katelijnestraat. This street changes its name into Mariastraat and then turns right at a pedestrian zone. Here the Oude Burg begins. At the foot of the Belfry you will then see Hotel De Tassche. You can park in the front for 10 minutes to load and unload.
By public transport:
From the trainstation you can take a cab to our hotel (about 10 euro) or each bus that goed to the Market Square (about 1 euro p.p.).
Since Hotel De Tassche is located at the back of the Belfry (the highest building on the Market Square) it is easy to find us from there. | | Business Facilities: |

The Gothical city Hall of Brugge is one of the Mideaval marvels of the City.
Belfry Distance: 0 miles
The Belfry, with its 365 steps, is what you see when you exit the hotel. It's function as a stronghold and watchtower in the Middle Ages is no longer applicable but it is a wonderfull vantagepoint for a bird's eye view of Brugge.
The Church of Our Lady Distance: 0 miles
One of the many churches in Brugge it has the tallest brick spire in Europe and the only statue of Michelangelo to leave Italy during his lifetime. Certainly worth seeing !!
