It was an ancient colonial complex. It was old and had been inhabited for ages. But it had also an irresistible charm!
Today it is a highly regarded hotel resort extremely appreciated by international customers.
In 1992 we found three unsafe buildings which were deeply immersed into a thick wood. The main building - the farmer's house - certainly was the best preserved and the most accessible one; we even found there the old fireplaces to bear the evidence of a rural life which has already gone by.
The hotel develops in three buildindings, two of them are conneted underground by a confortable passageway. The hall is located right where the blacksmith's house was and together with the Sala San Zenobio - intended for the morning breakfasts - , the (sala vetri) 'Glass room' with its furniture in wrought iron and the cool summer Pergola, it offers numerous and private areas for every event, from the aperitif to the quick business meeting. | | Getting There: |
 The location of our hotel is really strategic. We are at the exit number 9 of the 'tangenziale' of Bologna, a few minutes far from the city center (in five minutes three buses connect the hotel to Piazza Maggiore or to the train station), close to the Fiera District and only five exits of the 'Tangenziale' from the G. Marconi Airport.
The hotel has two large car parks which can host 100 cars each and are completely free. At night the hotel gates close to grant safety to the whole resort.

It is unique in its kind, included on a structure which has an indipendent entrance, the congress hall is situated in a building completely dedicated to it. It is made up of eleven rooms and halls, the smallest one is perfect for interviews, the largest one (could be divided into six modules which become six soundproof rooms adaptable to our customers' needs) offers 450 seats and people can enter directly from outside without finding any obstacles or steps, there aren't columns, the light is natural and it is 4,5 metres high.
Thanks to the fact that the congress hall is composed by modules, we can host several events at the same time, as well as events which are very complex and which require different plenary rooms and different subgroup rooms.
Our staff has been sinergically working with the management-ownership of the hotel for several years and has taken part to the good results of every event. Managers-owners are always present at the hotel and are consequently able to grant a solution at the moment for possible and unavoidable problems or unforseen events.
Thanks to a sinergic work with other structures very close to our hotel we can offer to our customers a secretery service able to organize complex events with large numbers of partecipants.
We are able to organize every kind of event just listening very carefully to the requests and needs of every single customer and preparing personalized packages without leaving anything unattended. This in order to let our customers feel the highest professionalism and competence which will accompany you untill the end of the event.
