The Masseria Refrigerio is located 10 km from Ostuni.
The owner Domenica & Gaetano would be very pleased to meet you in this ancient Masseria (built around 1500), converted from the original Old Monastery, that now offers a pleasant rural retreat close to nature, in a quite and romantic atmosphere, but only two steps from the sea.
A buffet breakfast is served to until 12 noon, either in the breakfast room, or in the garden. During your breakfast you could eat: fresh croissantes and bred, biscuits, fresh fruits, yougourt, juices, cereals, different marmalades, ham, cheese, combine with the flavour of freshly made coffee ('espresso) and 'cappuccino' to make each breakfast a special occasion.
The rooms have been carefully converted from the original sheep-fold buildings, deposit,cells and are fully equipped with air conditioned/heating, hair dryer, colour TV, refrigerator and full shower and toilet facilities.
The nearest town is OSTUNI (7 km. from masseria):it is one of the most stunning small towns of southern Italy.  Masseria Refrigerio is situated 10 Km from Ostuni, 7 Km from the railway station, 30 Km. from Brindisi Airport and 85 Km from Bari.
To reach Masseria Refrigerio:
FROM BRINDISI AIPORT follow signs to BARI, and travel north for approximately 25 km on the motorway. Take the exit signed COSTA MERLATA; turn right, go for 30 m and turn right again under the bridge and immediately turn right again. Go for 30 m and you will see MASSERIA REFRIGERIO on the left.
FROM BARI AIRPORT follow signs to Brindisi, and go south for approximately 70 km on the motorway and take the exit signed COSTA MERLATA - you will see MASSERIA REFRIGERIO immediately in front of you.

The Restaurant ' La Sparacima ' is situated in the historical centre of Ostuni (two times a week there is free shuttle service of masseria to reach this restaurant). It is small and characteristic , and it is drawn from ancient stalls (1600) , furnished in rustic and refined way. The menu changes every week, to offer a fresh and genuine product. You cant taste many different local products: kind of cheeses,the vegetables,the fresh pastas, the meats, the home cakes.The owners Antonio and Patrizia , propose traditional dishes , with creative fancy, without never estranging from the tastes and the perfumes that characterize our earth.
