The recently built SantElmo residence is located in an enchanting natural landscape

 From Cagliaris port, follow direction Poetto beach, Quartu SantElena, and go all over the promenade, up to the end of the beach (Margine Rosso), where you will find a big rotatory. Here you have to stay on the right side, direction Villasimius, then, you can choose into 2 possibility.
The first: you can drive the beautiful, but twisting, coast-road n. SP17 for about 50 Km., and when you will be just before Villasimius, you have to turn left, direction Costa Rei, Castiadas. After 15 Km. circa, you will find on your right-hand our neighbour SantElmo Beach Hotel, after few hundred meters, our Golf-club, and then, the entrance of SantElmo Residence, with, of course, the Holiday Residences reception.
Second possibility: you can drive the coast-road n. SP17 up to Solanas, where you have to turn left, and follow direction Castiadas there is also a SantElmo Beach Hotel notice-, and you will be on the new fast-road. After 2 tunnels, you have to take the first way out, direction Castiadas/villasimius, and then turn left direction Costa Rei. You will go all over this street as far as the last big crossroad, where you will have to turn left, and soon you will see the SantElmo Beach Hotel, and then, SantElmo Residence.
From Cagliaris airport, you will have to take the road n.
SS554 direction Quartu SantElena, Poetto beach, and Villasimius, until when you will reach exactly the big rotatory at the end of the promenade, called Margine Rosso. (please look at the above explanation).
FROM OLBIA & GOLFO ARANCI (h. 3,30 circa)
You can go all over the road n. SS125, called Orientale Sarda, following the Cagliaris signs, but it is a very hard road, because it is really tight and full of bends, although it prises unbelievables panoramas. After the villages of Villaputzu and Muravera, you will reach San Priamos rotatory, where you will have to follow direction Costa Rei, Villasimius, on the left.
It is the other part of the new fast-road, so you will have to take the second way out, direction Castiadas/villasimius. (please look at the above explanation).
For who that suffers the bends, there is another way to reach the Residence, driving through Nuoro, up to Cagliari, on the SS131 fast-road. This road will end into the road n. SS554 in Cagliari. (please look at the above explanation).
FROM ALGHERO & PORTO TORRES (h. 3,30 circa)
You will have to go all over the road n. SS131, called Carlo Felice, up to Cagliari. (please look at the above explanation).
