The Plaza Hotel Lucchesi is certainly one of Florence's historical hotels.

Carefully refurbished with attention to detail, the hotel has 87 double or single rooms and 10 Duplex Suites.
All are furnished in the warm, cosy style which distinguishes the Lucchesi and are equipped with the most modern facilities. Many overlook the River Arno or the Santa Croce church. Some have small private balconies.
'La Serra' Restaurant offers local and national cuisine with a touch of internationality arising from the great experience and professional expertise of our chef Francesco Pilia and his collaborators. Stress is, however, laid on Tuscan cuisine where fresh produce in season is always used. As well as the menu à la carte, a special menu of the day is offered for those requiring a full, but rapid, meal. La Serra is also the ideal place to meet for business lunches and small receptions.

exit from the A1 motorway at the Firenze Sud junction
from the A11 motorway, join the A1 in the direction of Rome and exit at Firenze Sud.
After the toll gate, continue straight on as far as the traffic lights.
Here turn left and go straight ahead until there is an obligatory right turn.
After bearing right, turn left at the first traffic lights two times and keep to the right side of the avenue.
