 By Car
From North Autostrada A14, exit San Severo, continue for S.S. 272 to San Giovanni Rotondo, Milano - Bologna direction.
From Ovest Autostrada A 16, exit Candela and continue on the 655 road then procede to the city of Foggia. Before entering Foggia, turn left into the ring road and follow signs for Manfredonia / San Giovanni Rotondo.
From South Autostrada A14, exit Foggia, take the road 89 on Manfredonias way, turn left into the ring road and follow signs for Manfredonia / San Giovanni Rotondo.
Coaches
From Rome Departure around 6:00 am from Tiburtina Station and arrival in San Giovanni Rotondo after about five hours.
Return from San Giovanni to Rome around 5:30 pm.
From Naples There are three morning and two afternoon coaches from Naples train station to the Foggia station. The Sunday and holiday schedule is reduced to one each way.
We cannot give exact schedules of departures because they are constantly being changed. For instance, in Italy the train schedule is changed every May and September. Therefore, the times we have given are not exact but only indicative. Exact schedules will be given when tickets are purchased.
Trains
Trains depart Romes Termini Station for Foggia around 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
The first three rapid trains and worth takimg to save time.
Return to Rome from Foggia departure is around 8:00 am, 9:30 am, 1:30 pm, 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm
Planes
Trains depart Romes Fiumicino airport around 7:00 am and 9:30 am, for a 45 minute flight to Foggia where you can transfer to the train station for the Sita coach that leaves every hour and hour and a half for San Giovanni Rotondo, exept Sundays or holidays when the schedule is reduced drastically. Return flights from Foggia to Rome are around 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. There are also daily flights to and from Foggia with Milan, Venice, Palermo and Bologna
