Burano is famous all over the world for its lace production and for its houses painted in very lively and different colours.
From Burano guest can easily reach Torcello by public motorboat, it takes you about 1 minute. Torcello is the oldest island of the Venetian lagoon, distinguished by a very peaceful and romantic atmosphere and by a wonderful basilica.

 From the railway station Santa Lucia: you do not have to cross any bridge, just get the first large street on the left, Lista di Spagna, walk straight on about one minute and then turn on the right in Calle della Misericordia. You will easily find Hotel Atlantide.
