 Reach the Hotel Giardinetto by CAR (ferry boat services from Tronchetto)
Once you get out from the highway you should follow the indications to VENICE (there are indication everywhere). To reach Venice you should cross a very long bridge (which connect Venice to the mainland and is the only way by car). Once you are on the bridge (long about 3 km.) you should stay to the right. At the traffic-light (there is only one) at olmost the end of the bridge you should turn to the right following the indications to the 'ferry-boat' to LIDO. Once turned to the rigth you should turn to the rigth again crossing a small bridge and entering in a very large parking area called 'TRONCHETTO'.
DONT PARK THE CAR THERE. You have to cross it till the end where there is the ferry-boat station on which you get on board with your car.
- The ferry-boat service cost approx. 10.00 Euro/15.00 Euro it depends from the car lenght. Anyway, please consider the fact that parking the car in TRONCHETTO or Piazzale ROMA , parkings located in the entrance area in Venice (30 minutes by boat to San Mark's Square), it would cost you apprx. 30.00 Euro per day and then you should carry with you all the bags till the hotel.
