o Leave the M4 at Junction 18, taking the A46 towards Bath
o After ten miles exit the dual carriageway following signs to Bath
o At the roundabout take the third exit (right) towards the city centre
o Continue straight on for two miles, through four sets of traffic lights
o After you pass Safeway supermarket on the left, (at the fifth set
of lights), get into the left lane and turn left
o Cross over the river and at the mini roundabout, take the second exit
(right)
o At the next large roundabout take the first exit (left)
o Follow this road up Bathwick Hill and out of Bath for one mile, passing
the University
o Continue for another mile and half, Combe Grove Manor is the left, two
hundred yards after Ralph Allen School

o Take the A36 from Warminster heading towards Bath
o When you reach the Limpley Stoke Viaduct, turn left immediately after
the Viaduct Pub
o Continue up Brassknocker Hill, Combe Grove Manor is on the left after

| | Business Facilities: | Combe Grove Manor has a range of conference rooms that can accommodate between three and a hundred and fifty people. The largest of these rooms the Garden Suite also offers a private entrance with reception area. The Orangery adjacent to the Manor House has beautiful period features and fantastic views across the Limpley Stoke valley, with space for up to twenty five boardroom. There are a further three conference rooms in the Manor House all of which have good natural daylight and attractive Georgian features.
The Hotel also has a permanent marquee in the Rose Garden that can accommodate up to two hundred people for a meal, theatre style meeting or cocktail reception.
