FROM THE M4 MOTORWAY
Bath is located 10 miles south of the M4.
Take exit 18 and follow the A46 for Bath for approx 10 miles, at the roundabout take the right exit on to the A4 for Bath City Centre. Carry on for about one mile to a junction with traffic lights called Cleveland Place, turn left at the traffic lights following signs for through traffic and the university. This will take you over Cleveland Bridge and onto Bathwick Street. At the roundabout turn right (you will pass Sydney Gardens on yourleft) at the next roundabout (with the Crown in the centre)go straight ahead (following signs for the A36) you will pass the County Hotel on your right.
At the traffic lights go straight ahead and follow straight on until you get into the one way system. Follow signs for A36 (A4)for Bristol. Go straight ahead at the next junction and then follow the road as it bears to the right and takes you underneath a railway bridge. Once you have gone under the bridge turn left onto the Lower Bristol Road. Follow this for one mile (you will pass an Esso Garage on your left and a Renault car dealers on you right) after approx. 1 mile you will see a Sainsburys garage, the hotel is directly opposite on the left.
At the traffic lights turn left into Brougham Hayes and then turn left into the hotel entrance.
FROM BRISTOL
Take the A4 towards Bath for approx. 9 miles this will take you through Saltford. Approx 2 miles after Saltford, you will meet a roundabout with the Globe public house on your right, carry straight on towards Bath, at the end of the dual carriageway fork right on the A36 (A4) towards Bath, carry on along this road for approx. 2 miles passing the Gas towers on your left, continue through one set of traffic lights, at the second set of traffic lights just before Sainsburys garage turn right into Brougham Hayes, the hotel is on your left.
BY RAIL
Bath Spa railway station is only one mile from the hotel.
