It is ideally situated for the amenities of the City - Theatres, Cinemas, Restaurants, both Universities & special places of Interest - but lies amid the peaceful surroundings of acres of open parkland. The House is furnished with fine period furniture and paintings, and a Library containing many interesting books on the history of Bristol.  IT IS VITAL TO NOTE DIRECTIONS. From M5 take J17 onto A4018. At 4th rdbt right into Parrys Lane B4054.1st left Saville Rd, 3rd right Hollybush Ln, after 2nd speed ramp left Downs Edge Drive, proceed past 1st house to end of drive into Downs Edge.
