 Please note from 21st November until 31st December, we are unable to offer our usual parking facilities due to our Christmas Marquee in the Car Park. There is limited parking available in the Whitbread Car Park for Hotel & Conference guests - please quote your name or company to gain access. Alternatively, parking is reasonably cheap and close by at the Arndale Car Park or at the NCP in Dunstable Place next to the LivingWell Gym.
Leave the M1 at junction 10, turning left off the roundabout at the end of the slip road. At the next roundabout (Junction 10a) take the first exit, London Road, signposted to the town centre.
Follow the road down the hill and through two sets of traffic lights (past Stockwood Golf & Rugby Club and Matalan, further on, both on the left).
At the roundabout, take the second exit straight over (Staples Office Supplies on the corner).
At the traffic lights, turn left and immediate right into Brookes & Red Lion Lodge car park.
If the car park is full there is an overflow car park situated diagonally opposite:- exit the car park turning left to bring you back to the traffic lights.
The car park is in front of you and to the right, however, you cannot drive straight through as this is a bus lane only. You will need to go round the block. Turn right at the lights and at the roundabout take the first exit to the left. Take the first left off the dual carriageway and immediate left again. Turn left again into Flowers Way and take the second car park entrance, signposted Whitbread and Red Lion Lodge. At the barriers, press the buzzer and explain that you are staying at Brookes & Red Lion Lodge.
Please then park on the right hand side in a space marked with a 'B'. You can then walk to our car park and enter through the gateway on the left of the building, and proceed through the door to the right of our courtyard. | | Business Facilities: |

Brookes Conference Centre consists of 8 function and syndicate rooms, all well equipped to suit your needs. Room layouts are flexible and all have natural light. The Conference Team are on hand throughout, to assist you in ensuring your event runs smoothly and to provide secretarial support.
Refreshments are available in our two coffee rooms, giving you flexibility to break whenever it suits you, or you may wish to use the bar as a break out area.
Should you wish to take advantage of our catering facilities, we offer a pre-order service and a buffet menu, ensuring your party are not delayed during our busy lunchtime periods. Check our website to view our menus.
