The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and shopping areas and is close to the station. When entering the outskirts of Torquay from direction Exeter and Newton Abbott, look out for a Halfords sign at a traffic light junction. In front you will see a sign for Cockington Country Park, directing you to take the right fork, heading down Avenue Road. At the next set of lights, drive straight on for a few hundred metres until you see another sign for Cockington. Bampfylde Road is IMMEDIATELY on the left past this sign. The hotel is a few metres up on the right.
Should you be arriving by train, exit the station's front entrance, turn left, and follow the road around to the right until you reach traffic lights. Turn left into Avenue Road. Bampfylde Road is a couple of hundred metres on the right.

Totnes Distance: 5 miles Totnes is one of ten 'funkiest' towns in the world. With its Elizabethan buildings, eclectic shops and laid-back lifestyles, this South Hams gem is a must. Bohemian Totnes is a very short drive from the Daylesford, through beautiful countryside.
Dartmouth Distance: 15 miles Splendid old town with wonderful harbour, shops & restaurants. Access via boat from Torquay, or half an hour's drive from the hotel. The Michelin stared 'New Angel' restaurant is a must for food lovers. The Cherub Inn is quintessentially English.
