 Take M5 to Exeter, then A30 to Okehampton. Continue on A30 South West towards Bodmin. Remain on A30, turn off at sign to Newquay. Take A392 to Quintrell Downs, at roundabout take right turn (third exit) over railway crossing to Newquay. Follow A3058 for approx 1 mile, we are on left hand side past BP petrol statio and pelican crossing.

This flat family beach is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and has a good pub, cafe's and gift shops. A good safe flat beach that is great for kids.

This is a linked cycle path and route all over Cornwall which will allow you to see this County in a way you could never see it by car.
The Adventure Centre Lusty Glaze Distance: 1 miles
This is the place if you require surfing lessons or need the adrenaline rush of the zip wire or coasteering.

Just look on the web for all you need to know about Eden. Come out relaxed and refreshed after a tranquil visit to the biomes. Leave the car at the hotel and catch the bus from virtually outside the hotel.
