From the south leave the M6 at Juncton 36 to the South Lakes. Follow the A591 through Windermere and Ambleside towards Grasmere. Stay on the A591 at the turn to Grasmere (a mini roundabout). Soon after a lay-by on the right there is a 30mph road sign which is opposite the entrance to the hotel.
