 On reaching Torquay, follow signs for the harbour. Once at the harbour, turn left at the roundabout by the Clocktower and Debenhams (signposted A379 Babbacombe). The hotel is 300 metres up, on the left hand side. Limited parking is available to the rear of the hotel.
