 From the M5: Exit the M5 at Junction 31 onto the A38 following signs for Torquay. From the A38 turn onto the A380 and follow this road into Torquay. Once on the sea front road head left, keeping the sea and then the harbour on your right hand side. The hotel is just up the hill from the harbour on the right hand side of the road.
