From M5 Exeter to A38, then follow signs for Torquay A380. At Newton Abbot you will reach Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit signposted Torquay A380. At the next roundabout, go straight over A3022 Do not turn right (continuation of A380). Follow A3022 into Torquay. At sixth set of lights get into right hand lane A3022 (signposted Seafront, harbour, Paignton), follow signs to the harbour, at the clock tower by the harbour turn left, the hotel is 300 yards up the hill on the left hand side past the traffic lights.

No Single Sex groups unless by prior arrangement with hotel booking staff Access Statement The hotel is situated at the edge of the town centre, approximately 400 metres up a hill with a gradient of more than 1:20. The front entrance to the hotel is up winding steps of varying height and treads length from the pavement, it is well lit at night until midnight and the front covered porch is well lit until 11.00 pm. A door bell is on the main entrance, in the porch and by reception. The bedrooms are all located on the two upper floors, no lift is available. There are two flights of stairs between each floor. Thirteen steps and four steps to the first floor, and an extra ten steps and five steps to the second floor. A handrail is situated on the left of both the large flight of steps and on the short top flight of steps. Corridors are well lit at all times. Emergency exits are located up the first and third flight of stairs, both lead out to back stairways. The back parking area has two small spaces on a slope of less than 1:20 and two longer spaces on flat ground, there are steps of varying height and treads length down to the front entrance.
