 From M5 Exeter to A38, then follow signs for Torquay A380. At Newton Abbot you will reach Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit signposted Torquay A380. At the next roundabout, go straight over A3022 Do not turn right (continuation of A380). Follow A3022 into Torquay.
