 From Dumfries take either the A711 to Dalbeattie and then the A710 signposted to the Solway Coast or take the A710 coastal road direct from Dumfries through New Abbey. Rockcliffe is well signposted from the A710.
Once in Rockcliffe take the road up the small hill, turn left and the entrance to Baron's Craig is a mere 100 metres away. The hotel is well signposted in the village
