Breakfast is included in the price of all rooms and is usually served between 8.30 am and 10 am on weekdays and between 9 am and 10.30 am at weekends.  Excellent road and rail links to London, Gatwick Airport, The Channel Tunnel and Channel Ferries. Also accessible from Heathrow and Stansted Airport by Bus to Brighton Pool Valley Bus Station.
By road from London/m23: A23 to town centre and seafront, turn left at Brighton Pier, 8th turning off Marine Parade (A259). Sea Spray is located on east side of square.
From Brighton railway station: short taxi ride or Bus No 27 or 7 to New Steine. From Brighton Pool Valley Coach/bus Station: with the sea in front of you, turn left. Cross over the roundabout at the pier and walk along Marine Parade for 3 minutes.
