Small, friendly, family run guest house situated on the seafront, opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens.
Ideal for a quiet holiday or short break, just 10 minutes away from the Pier and the centre of Eastbourne.
We offer comfortable rooms, many have recently been refurbished and all have en-suite or private facilities. STRICTLY NON-sMOKERS ONLY.The day starts with a full English breakfast and fruit and cereal. A vegetarian breakfast is also offered.
From June to September a three course meal is available, served at 6.00pm, pre-booking is required. Parking is unrestricted on the roads around the hotel. There are three off road parking spaces at the rear of the hotel. | | Room Information: | Single Room

SORRY BUT SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE IN THE BAY LODGE.
A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. PAYMENT IS DUE ON ARRIVAL.
There is a charge of 5.00 per stay for children under 3 and babies if we provide a cot or bed. Children aged 3-16 sharing a room with two adults - discount of 50%. Please advise age of child when booking so that an appropriate cot or bed can be provided.
Breakfast is served between 8.30 to 9.00 on weekdays 1 November - 31 March, 8.30 - 9.15 on weekends and the rest of the year. Earliest check in time is 3.00pm, latest check in time is 7.00pm, if you are planning to arrive later than 7.00pm please contact us first.
