Ambleside dates back to approximately AD80 and is one of the most popular towns in the Lake District. Charming side streets reveal the picturesque vernacular architecture of the area. Getting There:

Leave the M6 motorway at junction 36 and follow the A591 to Windermere and on to Ambleside. Turn onto the B5343, our hotel is located along this road.
