| Hotel Description: | A friendly family run hotel with views across the famous Leas to the Channel and French coast.
Located on the Kent coast, Folkestone successfully blends its role as a port and popular seaside resort. You can take a day trip to France by Seacat or ferry from Dover, or on the Channel Tunnel with your car. There is plenty to see in this historic area, including the cities of Canterbury and Rochester, and the famous Dover Castle. Folkestone offers golf, horse racing and a wide range of sporting activities at the Folkestone Sports Centre as well as the new coastal park area and spectacular views of the Channel and Romney Marsh from the North Downs Way and Saxon Shore Way coastal paths.
While there is ample free parking outside the hotel we are not able to reserve or guarentee spaces to any particular guest. However, just a little patience in this matter usually means success or a member of the family being able to assist.
Guests should note that whilst the hotel does have a lift there are eight steps to the entrance of the building. Whilst we have made every endevour to make the property accessable to all it is impossible to add a ramp within the health and safety regulations, sorry for any dissapointment this may cause. | | Room Information: | Single Room All rooms are en-suite, centrally heated, with a colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
