Eardley's Hotel is Victorian in age & style,located within the City of Lincoln. Situated half way up Cross O'Cliff Hill (A15), on the south side of the High Street, opposite the South Common. The rooms do not have en-suite toilets, some have showers, all have washing facilities.  Eardleys Hotel is situated in the south end of Lincoln city on the A15.
If you are travelling to Lincoln from the south of England:
Come north along the A1. Leave the A1 at Grantham and take the A406 to Lincoln. This road takes you through some typical rural Lincolnshire countryside villages, and on past RAF Waddington air base, finally joining the A15, at the south end of Lincoln. Come down the A15 towards the city, this is Cross O'Cliff Hill. (Watch out for the speed camera!). Coming down the hill, .The Hotel enterance is directly opposite the park and beside the school entrance
If travelling to Lincoln from the North or West:
Join the A46 from Newark off the A1 to Lincoln.
When you come to a large roundabout there are directions which are confusing. Be sure to take the direction to 'South Lincoln'. Take this road right up to South Park roundabout. At this roundabout, you practically double back on yourself, stay in the left hand lane which filters off up Cross O'Cliff hill (the A15), again, the hotel is directly opposite, beside the Lincoln School of Science and Technology.The Hotel driveway is beside the Schools entrance.
From the West:
Take the road directions into the city, along Carholme road, past the old racecourse grandstand. At the end of this road, filter right over a bridge, the University of Lincoln is on your left, onto a large round-about, keep over to the left hand lane, which will eventually bring you into Lincoln High Street.
Turn Right at the High Street junction and travel south down High Street until you get to the South Park roundabout. At this point follow the directions as off ** above. |

Full payment for the booking will be charged on arrival direct to the hotel. A deposit of 10.00 per person is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your deposit will be withheld. If cancellation is made less than a week in advance, there will be a cost of 10.00 per person.
