The hotel is located in the heart of the Kensington and Chelsea Borough. All of our 125 en-suite bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, interactive Internet televisions, Play Station, satellite TV and Pay-movies, a hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. All rooms were refurbished in 2005.
The hotel bar is popular with our guests and before you set off for the day, our restaurant serves a continental breakfast buffet. In addition, our glass-roofed conservatory is ideal for discreet meetings or secluded training courses.
All tourist attractions are in easy reach and our multi-lingual reception team is always available to assist with your local bookings for tours, theatres, sport events, shows or musicals. For some events (e.g Wimbledon Tennis, Chelsea FC football matches, concerts at Earls Court, Olympia or the Royal Albert Hall etc) we advice our guests to book early in advance, to avoid the disappointment that the hotel is fully booked.

All bookings MUST be guaranteed by a valid Credit Card. We operate a 24hr cancellation Policy on all bookings. If your plans change at all, you MUST let us know by 4.00pm the day before arrival so that we have the chance to re-sell the room. Bookings cancelled after this time will incur a charge equivalent to 1 nights room charge at the agreed rate.
You MUST obtain a cancellation reference number to confirm that a booking has been properly cancelled.

BY ROAD - we are located on the West Cromwell Road - an extension of the A4 Road - the main arterial route into central London from the west.
BY RAIL - From any mainline Rail Station, take a 'Tube' to Earls Court (on the District or Piccadilly Line) Exit at Earls Court Road-at street level, turn left and walk to the large crossroad. At that point, look to you left and on the other side of the road, about 100yds, you'll see our hotel.
