Hotel Policies:
The first night will be charged as a deposit at the time of booking. One night will be charged in case of no show or cancellation made less than 7 days before the arrival date. MINIMUM BOOKING OF THREE NIGHTS and a deposit of one night which is non-refundable during the full month of August,and during Easter, and Rugby Weekends. Minimum of four nights during Hogmanay period which applies from 27th December to 2nd January.NO BOOKING OF LESS THAN THREE NIGHTS DURING THE ABOVE PERIODS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Reduced charges for unexpected early departure will not be accepted. The full amount of agreed reservations should be paid. Minimum booking is two nights for the weekends . Single occupancy rate in double rooms is not accepted during August, Hogmany and weekends. There is 5% surcharge with credit card payments.
