Terms & Conditions
Payment for Hotel Reservations: All reservations must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. On the date of booking we will deduct a deposit of the first night of your stay, which is non-refundable.
Relocation / Overbooking Disclaimer
We do not anticipate being oversold, and use our best efforts to avoid this circumstance, and any inconvenience to our clients should this situation arise. However, in the event of an oversold situation, we shall relocate a client to accommodation of a comparable or better standard (if it is available) at no additional charge to the client. We accept no liability for any extra expenses arising out of such events.
We cannot accept liability for incidents which occur outwith our control.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Switch. The address provided must be the billing or statement address of the credit card.
Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions
No-shows at the hotel are automatically subject to the first night room charge due to the Number 10 Hotel. The Hotel shall cancel all additional nights stay in the event of a no-show, and will attempt to sell the room(s) to other parties. Should it not be possible to re-sell the rooms in such circumstances, the guest shall be liable to pay for the subsequent nights accommodation, in addition to the first night.
Restrictions
Weekend stays: Two night stay minimum, other than in exceptional circumstances. Easter, Christmas & New Year, Rugby Dates, Highland Show, and various other sporting dates: Four night minimum stay. Three nights minimum stay over Bank Holiday weekends and in August.

Trains:
From Waverley Station turn right and cross Princes Street, George Street and Queen Street. Once on Queen Street walk down Hanover Street onto Heriot Row. At end of Heriot Row turn right onto India Street. At the bottom of India Street is Gloucester Place and the hotel.
From Edinburgh Airport/glasgow:
Follow signs towards city centre. As soon as you arrive on Princes Street you see the castle on your right - turn left down Charlotte Square. At bottom turn right onto Queen Street then take 1st left and 1st left again onto Heriot Row. Turn right into India Street; at the bottom of India Street is Gloucester Place.
The hotel is approximately 7 miles from the airport.
from Princes Street:
Turn onto Hanover Street. Continue until you reach Queen Street then cross and walk ahead as far as Heriot Row. Turn left into Heriot Row and then right into India Street. At the bottom of India Street you will find Gloucester Place and the hotel. |
