our decor is very simple and relaxing with a fresh look to all our rooms, each room has its own individuality with en-suites.You will find our rooms are very modern and clean.

Our dining area is very pleasent and we seat up to 20 guests,it's very modern with a touch of class to.You can enjoy your breakfast with a lovely view outlooking the City,including our 42inch wide screen plasma TV. |

Hotel Policies:

We take a deposit of 20% off the total bill,and then we take the full amount less the 20% on departure including telephone and internet bills. 20% deposits are non refundable.
We do not allow pets into the Relax Guesthouse and all rooms including lounge area are non-smoking.If rooms have been paid for and guest(s) do not show or make changes within 7 days of the arrival date,we are liable to take the full 100% booking value.
We only take a minimum of four night stays during christmas and new year and these bookings must be made in only the christmas and new year rooms .For parking spaces, we do have a meter that you can put money into and that will give as much time as you need from monday to friday, weekends are free and you can park where ever you choose.
We do various kinds of breakfasts full scottish, vegetarian, continental breakfast. If there is anything you would like, that we dont have on the menu please dont hesitate to ask. We are more than happy to oblige. |

Edinburgh Castle is the heart of this beautifull city,its one of the most famous castle's in the world.The Castle is also the heart of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo,and its all just a kilometer away.Its such an amazing view from up there.
Arthur Seat Distance: 2 miles
Arthur Seat is an amazing attraction to see,cosidering its now an extinct volcanoe, alot of people go there for picnics,feed the ducks and most of all hillwalking,it's such a peacefull place relaxing environment place to be.
Holyrood Palace Distance: 2 miles
Holyrood Palace is not to far away from the Castle,it's a really nice relaxing environment to be in.It's also the resident home of the Royal Family and has been for hundreds of years.
