Your credit card is used to take a deposit immediately when a booking is made. If the card is not authorised, we reserve the right to cancel this booking immediately and will have no obligation to offer you a room upon your arrival. DEPOSIT
Once a booking has been made, Corstorphine House will take 50% deposit from your credit card. Credit Card Payment attracts a 2% surcharge. The balance will be due upon arrival at the Hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any bookings cancelled after being confirmed on-line will be subjected to a cancellation charge of the equivalent of 50% of the total value of the booking.
If your booking is cancelled within 31 days of your date of expected stay, Corstorphine House may charge you up to 100% of the total costs of the booking.
Full charges will be applied for no shows - up to the total amount of the booking.
