From Exeter ( North) take A38 towards Plymouth and exit on A384 towards Totnes. At traffic lights in Totnes
turn right onto A381.After approx 10 miles ( 5 miles past 'The Mounts ) tirn left at Buckland Tout Saints brown tourism sign, then follow sings to Hotel.
From Plymouth(south) Take the A379 towards Kingsbridge aand after Aveton Gifford bridge climb steep hill and take first left at next roundabout, the cross main road and left again at following roundabout.
