The Four Seasons Suite:
The self contained Four Seasons Suite is a good choice for conferences, receptions and presentations. 300 delegates can be comfortably accommodated theatre-style and 200 classroom-style.
Situated on the first floor, the suite is next to the Portcullis Restaurant and spacious cocktail bar and lounge. It is air-conditioned and there is good natural light with full black-out facilities.
For smaller meetings and private dining, the Suite can be divided into 4 separate rooms: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. For syndicate work and training exercises there are two smaller meeting rooms on the second floor.
A full range of business services including fax, photocopying and secretarial support can be provided. The hotel can also offer a comprehensive range of audio visual equipment including OHP, flipchart, TV and video.

The Oak Suite:
The Oak Suite is made up of three executive rooms. The Oak Room has a magnificent barrel shaped oak table, which will seat up to 14 delegates in style.
