Kingfisher Barn Holiday Cottages have been created by the conversion of Shire horse stable buildings, two of which have been designed specifically for wheelchair users. A delightful setting for a relaxing holiday.
All cottages have colour TV, radio cassette players, patio with chairs, barbecue and private gardens for guests.

The courtyard bed and breakfast rooms are ideal accommodation for business people, tourists and travellers alike.All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included. All rooms have there own front door key so you can come and go as you please. |

Hotel Policies:

Children are welcome as well as pets by prior arrangement. Our rooms are non smoking.The office hours are: Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm. Saturday 8am - 2pm. Sundays 8am - 12noon. We prefer guests to check in before the office is closed although checking in after this time is possible.We can provide you with a mobile telephone number which will reach a member of staff.They will come back to Kingfisher Barn to check you in. PLEASE NOTE: The member of staff has a response time of 20 minutes to reach you once you have contacted them.If you would need this number please ask by calling the office or quoting it on booking.STRICTLY no check ins after 11pm.
Please note that if you cancel in breach of our cancellation policy (24 hours prior to arrival) you will be charged for one night of the booking. |

Getting There:

Proceed along A34 to the A415 Abingdon exit.
From A34, head for Abingdon Town Centre, go straight ahead over roundabouts.
After 3rd roundabout you are on Ock Street (A415). Proceed for 1/2 mile to traffice lights at pedestrian crossing.
Turn left onto Stratton Way and move to right hand lane (one way)
Pass pedestrian crossing, turn sharp right into Ster street (one way A415).
Move to left hand lane, pass 2 pedestrian crossings, and church clock tower on left.
Continue straight, passing the Nags Head Pub on the left when crossing the bridge over the River Thames.
Just over bridge, turn left at sign for Kingfisher Barn (into public car park) and follow the lane in front of you.
This lane will lead to the main barn and car park where the office/reception is located. |
