This fine Victorian country house was converted to a private hotel in the mid 1960s it is an ideal countryside base for visiting many local attractions.
The leisure facilities available at the Hotel include squash courts, all weather tennis courts, putting green and croquet lawn. It is situated just 24 miles from Central London and conveniently placed between Heathrow and Gatwick, close to junction 9 of the M25.
The Hotel also offers a large conference suite with its own entrance from a spacious car park which is suitable for a wide range of meetings, including car launches.

The Sovereign Suite is the jewel in the Preston Cross Hotel Crown, overlooking the gardens it is ideal for conferences up to 299 (theatre style) this room also has a full public address system. With over 3000 sq. feet (292m sq.) of floor space it is big enough to hold events including Car launch, Meetings, Blue Chip Seminars, Lunches and Dinners.
The Prince Room is the smaller of out two main meeting rooms and is popular with groups of up to 25 delegates. The room is situated at the front of the Hotel next to the reception so is very easily accessible for delegates. Natural daylight enhanced with down lighting makes this room excellent for holding meetings and working in. Audiovisual conference equipment is also available.

From the M25 anti-clockwise: Leave the M25 at Junction 9 and take the 3rd exit joining the bypass signposted A24 Dorking. Continue following all signs for the A24 Dorking taking you via 3 roundabouts. When you reach Givons Grove roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Guildford A246. Repeat this at the next roundabout. Follow this road for approx 3-4 minutes until you see Dobbies Nursery on your left. The next road on your right is Rectory Lane. The hotel is situated approximately 300 yards on the left just before you reach the mini roundabout.
