The 9th floor of the hotel is devoted to conferences and banquets with outstanding panoramic views over the city. Birmingham's famous Chinese and Balti restaurants are a short walking distance, as are the cultural and civic centres. Nightlife and entertainment are literally on the doorstep. New Street train station is 2 minutes walk, with quick access to the National Exhibition Centre and the main line networks. If you want to be right on the spot, there is no better hotel than Britannia Birmingham.
We are currently refurbishing the hotel (work ongoing until mid 2006), however disturbance to guests is minimal. |

The restaurant has an open plan kitchen allowing you to view the chef prepare your meal. There are separate Fixed Price and Vegetarian menus. The Big Britannia Breakfast, with an extensive selection of hot and cold dishes, makes a super value start to the day.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking for all stays between 21st of October and the 31st of October 2003. Cancellations and Amendments are non-refundable.
A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. |

Driving Directions
From M6
Leave at junction 6. Follow the signs to the City Centre. At 'Motorway End' sign, take the left slip road to ring road east. At the roundabout (Fire Station on left), take the first left and get into the right hand lane, under the underpass to St Martins Circus, stay to the right and take the first left round the Rotunda into New Street. The Hotel is located on the right hand side (main entrance in Union Passageway).
From M5
Leave at junction 3. Follow the signs to the City Centre. At ICC complex, follow the signs to New Street Station, go round Paradise Circus, down Suffolk Street Queensway to Holloway Circus roundabout.
Turn left into Smallbrook Queensway, past New Street Station on the left and take the next left round the Rotunda into New Street. The Hotel is located on the right hand side (main entrance in Union Passageway).
Car parking
The nearest NCP car park (Pallasades NCP) is located in Hill Street. This car park is not owned by the Hotel, but there is 24 hour security. You may unload your luggage outside the Hotel (you can remain approximately 10 minutes in the loading bay). Please use the Lower Level of the car park which remains open 24 hours a day. You will have to settle your own account with the car park.
