A Classic Georgian building maintaining original features, the Royal Hotel is centrally located in Sutton Coldfield.
The hotel has excellent links to all motorways, rail links, public transport, the NEC, NIA and Birmingham city centre.
The Royal offers 22 en-suite rooms and a serviced 4 bedroomed apartment appointed with TV, iron & ironing board, tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdrier, trouser press and many other home comforts. As well as the usual singles, doubles and twin rooms, we also offer family rooms (sleeping up to 5), four-poster suites and executive rooms.
The Royal has 3 licenced bars, each with large screen TV's which show all major sporting events. Food is available from The Royal bar from Mon - Thurs 12-2pm, Mon-thurs 5-9pm & Sundays 12-4pm. The Royal bar also plays host to a range of live music acts that provide you with entertainment from Thursday to Sunday & they are licensed until 2am.
We like to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible during their stay with us and provide room service and a same-day laundry service. |

Directions from the North: Leave the M6 at junction 7 and take the A34 to Birmingham.At the first set of lights turn left onto the A4041, Queslet Road East. At the Fifth island turn right, and turn right at the next set of lights.Carry on straight over the next island and straight over at the lights, we are situated 400yds on the right. From the South:Exit the M42 at Junction 9 and take the second exit-a446 to lichfield (ignore first left to Sutton Coldfield). Continue staright past the Belfry Golf Centre to the next island and take the A453 to Sutton coldfield.
