The award winning Aubergine Brasserie at the Guide Post Hotel is the new name for dining in Bradford and Leeds. An extensive refurbishment has created a modern design with the comfort and elegance of a classic dining room.
Chef de Cuisine, Jonathan Gray has created an inspired
European and English menu using the freshest produce.
Dishes range from seasonal asparagus and fruits, rosettes of salmon in coriander to traditional meat, poultry and salad dishes. Jonathan has also created an exciting range of vegetarian dishes.
Our restaurant can create special menus such as a Balti experience or a classic Italian menu to add uniqueness to any conference or function package.
Restaurant Opening Times
Breakfast 7.00 a.m. until 9.30 a.m. Monday to Saturday, 8.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. Sunday.
Lunch 12 noon until 2.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. 12 noon until 3.00 p.m. Sunday.
Evening Meal 7.00 p.m. until 9.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
The Restaurant does not open on Saturday Lunchtime or Sunday Evening

Nearest train station: Bradford Interchange
By road: Leave the M62 at jct 26. After you have left the M62 you will approach a roundabout and will need to take the A638 to Bradford (Oakenshaw and Low Moor). Take care not to take the A638 Cleckheaton direction. Follw this road for approx 2 miles and turn left into Common Road. The Hotel is on the right.
